LLC Concern "Inmash", which has a rich history in the production of machine tools since 1983, offers services for the repair and modernization of metalworking equipment of various manufacturers and brands.

The accumulated experience and technical capabilities of the enterprise allow us to repair both domestic and imported equipment. We do modernization, current and overhaul repairs, installation of ball screw gears and VGS made by our company, as well as restore geometric parameters and modernize the electrical systems of machines. All types of overhaul and modernization with restoration of accuracy to the standard values, including the geometric accuracy of the bed. Cricital work is carried out in our own production facilities, and services such as commissioning and warranty service are carried out by the company's specialists at the customer's site.

Technological capabilities:

grinding of bed guides;
production of wedges for support groups of turning and milling machines
repair of individual components and assemblies;
repair or replacement of the lubrication system;
repair of hydraulics with replacement of rubber goods, high pressure hoses, hydraulic valves, pressure switches, pipelines, regulators, filters, pumps, etc .;
complex replacement of electrical equipment;
adjustment of all units and systems of the machine in the complex;
finishing painting of the machine

Forms of cooperation:

repair of machines in the for the exchange pool;
delivery of used machines after major overhaul;
installation and commissioning works on the territory of the Customer;
work warranty 12 months.
